is the Australian Talent Management agency good?
Fri, 6 July 2007, 12:06 pmRecently an extras/acting/modelling agency called Australian Talent Management (ATM) has been advertising current castings all over Australia-wide online job listings. I have been in contact with them regarding a TV series being filmed on the Gold Coast, but I can't find any information on them (other then their job listings and website).
Does anyone know this agency? Is it another NOTM?
I'm a bit concerned. They allow for a free listing on their website but in order to actually be presented to clients, they suggest you upgrade to a $100 yearly membership. I was in touch with NOTM a year ago and I recall they had a very similar system of membership.
If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated. I suspect there will soon be an increase in interest in this agency following the recent spate of casting listings.
What? What vested interest

What vested interest do I have?
I am a puppeteer, and a freelance techie. I run no agency or website that would compete with ATM. I work for a non-arts related theatre company. And the problem with your above posts (granted, you left a phone number) is that you didn't provide enough information for us to do anything but do a Google search. (Why is it that you are willing to offer verifiable info to a 'reporter', and not the rest of us? ... Oh yes, not doing your research again. Felicity did not state she is a reporter, but was referring to the fact that an agency, commented about in a different thread here, was 'interviewed' on Today Tonight.)
Again I ask - post some verifiable examples. Otherwise, enough already; the debate has run its course. Let readers get on with other topics and stop flooding this thread with repititious posts.
