is the Australian Talent Management agency good?
Fri, 6 July 2007, 12:06 pmRecently an extras/acting/modelling agency called Australian Talent Management (ATM) has been advertising current castings all over Australia-wide online job listings. I have been in contact with them regarding a TV series being filmed on the Gold Coast, but I can't find any information on them (other then their job listings and website).
Does anyone know this agency? Is it another NOTM?
I'm a bit concerned. They allow for a free listing on their website but in order to actually be presented to clients, they suggest you upgrade to a $100 yearly membership. I was in touch with NOTM a year ago and I recall they had a very similar system of membership.
If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated. I suspect there will soon be an increase in interest in this agency following the recent spate of casting listings.

As any experienced actor or casting agent knows an agency should not disclose specific information regarding any television series they are working on to the public this is confidential and leaking this information is a big no no. However if we are being interviewed by members of the press who may or may not (I am not aloud to confirm or release information on this) be working for the very network we are working with we would simply ask the reporter to contact there own casting department. And I wasn’t referring to you madam I was talking about David Green who clearly bagged us without doing any research on us and conveniently had a referral on his site to a website what appears to have cut and pasted most of our material. I have a job to do I will go back to doing it, Over and out.
