Recently an extras/acting/modelling agency called Australian Talent Management (ATM) has been advertising current castings all over Australia-wide online job listings. I have been in contact with them regarding a TV series being filmed on the Gold Coast, but I can't find any information on them (other then their job listings and website). Does anyone know this agency? Is it another NOTM? I'm a bit concerned. They allow for a free listing on their website but in order to actually be presented to clients, they suggest you upgrade to a $100 yearly membership. I was in touch with NOTM a year ago and I recall they had a very similar system of membership. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated. I suspect there will soon be an increase in interest in this agency following the recent spate of casting listings.

What worries me is their slideshow of girls in bikinis... Obviously more a model agency than an acting agency. I would suggest using their about page and finding second and third parties who would confirm their CVs. This is from their service page: "ATM contains photos, resumes, skills, profiles and video/audio reels for our artists, each with their own individual look, experience and skill base. So chances are that having logged on to ATM, you’ll find the ideal person right at your fingertips." "Serious artists are listed on ATM. Artists obtain their own personal ATM site profile which displays photos, a resume, profile information, video footage, audio reels and more. " So it sounds like it's just an online artist registry, which is searchable by casting agents. And you probably get some basic free features when you sign up, and then if you want special features, you pay. It's not uncommon, but I'd read all their policies very clearly before giving money. (Really, do they put in an effort promoting you, or is it just a matter of giving you web space. If it's the latter, you may as well build your own free website... if it's the former, it may be worth a look) This is just my opinion based on their site, it would be more worthwhile chatting to someone who is signed up/has used their service.
