is the Australian Talent Management agency good?

Yuh that's EXACTLY the call I got as well. They want $199 upfront over 2 weeks and will cover the cost of my professional photography and show reel. The first call I got was very uncoordinated and he paused a lot while trying to compose sentences, no phone manners either. Second call seemed better and more organised. But reading the comments and feedback from people, plus looking at their website, I'm a lil worried about everything now and I don't think I will go. I'm going to send him an SMS and let him know. It's a lot of money up front before they actually get me any work. Though they say they may already have work for me on a cop show as a Police Forensic Investigator. In my message I am stating that if I do get this extras part, I would do the photoshoot and showreel with them as well for the price they have stated as they would obviously be legit if they got me work. If not then I won't contact them again. Meh anyway this was all a hobby anyway. I'll let you know their reaction. It might not be pleasant or maybe they are everything they say they are.
