is the Australian Talent Management agency good?

Recently an extras/acting/modelling agency called Australian Talent Management (ATM) has been advertising current castings all over Australia-wide online job listings. I have been in contact with them regarding a TV series being filmed on the Gold Coast, but I can't find any information on them (other then their job listings and website). Does anyone know this agency? Is it another NOTM? I'm a bit concerned. They allow for a free listing on their website but in order to actually be presented to clients, they suggest you upgrade to a $100 yearly membership. I was in touch with NOTM a year ago and I recall they had a very similar system of membership. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated. I suspect there will soon be an increase in interest in this agency following the recent spate of casting listings.

The issue, Joseph, is that respected actors' agencies do NOT charge the people they represent up front fees. When you sign up with a legitimate agency and they get you work then [with some variations] the going rate is around 10% commission that they will charge you [although many are charging up to 20% for TVCs]. This has been discussed before here at some length from memory. In most states up-front fees are illegal. Jim
