Wicked - National Tour?

Well I have looked everywhere but I can't find a concrete source saying that Wicked will do a national tour (or at the least, if it will come to Brisbane). I have previously assumed that as it's an open season in Melbourne, they're not going to spread details about other cities until it's closing in Melbourne, but that's just an assumption. Does anyone on here have any confirmed details about where Wicked's going (no need for when)?

Can I ask what you're basing that comment on? All indications appear to be that Wicked is in Melbourne for the long haul- the cast are all contracted for 2 years in Melbourne, the Regent Theatre itself was altered specifically to fit the show, and it is sponsored by the Victorian government. It wouldn't surprise me if, after the show has run its course in melbourne, they might then consider a touring version, but I think that's definitely a few years away.
