Wicked - National Tour?

Well I have looked everywhere but I can't find a concrete source saying that Wicked will do a national tour (or at the least, if it will come to Brisbane). I have previously assumed that as it's an open season in Melbourne, they're not going to spread details about other cities until it's closing in Melbourne, but that's just an assumption. Does anyone on here have any confirmed details about where Wicked's going (no need for when)?

Thanks a lot,

the Dramatic Sunflower.

P.S. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum or has been discussed before. If it has...please point the way. :)

Thanks

Thanks to everyone who has replied. I believe I will be making the pilgrimmage to Melbourne. It sounds to me as if the set is exactly the same as those used on Broadway and the West End - I imagine the show has a specific set design as most of the spectacular moments sound the same. For anyone who has seen it once and is figuring that is enough, well I have to agree with Don in that you need to at least see it from the stalls and the circle. My wife and I sat in the stalls at the Broadway show and in the circle at the West End show and each view gives you a different perspective on what is happening. I have to agree that the Wizard's head is definitely on the scary side! And for once, not overused, which made me happy :) Anyways, I look forward to seeing the Melbourne production, though I believe I will give Millsy a chance to settle into the role (and my bank balance a chance to recover a bit) - thanks for the tip Sean ;) DazzaB
