Something we are working on. We've actually only had "individual" awards for a few years and we are adding them all the time. We have been covering this with adjudicators certificates because it has been difficult to distinguish between design and operation. If you have ideas on the best way to judge this etc Drop a line to the ITA. They are not an "otherworldly" body. Better yet...run for committee at the AGM in Feb. Tech Representation on the committee would be really appreciated and help up the status of techs.
