Dear Skeptical, I actually just had the same experience. I regret to say that I have paid the $199.. but *curses obscenely* did my background work AFTER. I understand that no work is guaranteed.. But I am bloody scared now. Will you be following through on this? Do you have any experience, Skeptical? Cheers!
