A double page ad that appeared in LAst monday March 5 US "Daily Variety" magazine, featured currently boxoffice take for Wicked, but also mentioned That for 2008 it was opening in Australia & Holland. for 2007 Germany & Japan were listed. So far the only other things I've come across for Wicked related to the on/off about it coming to Australia.

i agree that helen dallimore is really weak but there is a rumor that it could be stephanie carswell who i saw in london a few years ago and she is loads better than helen. she is glinda in a uk tour starting at the end of the year and then hopfully coming to melbourne!!!!!!! there is a whole new thread for her at http://www.theatre.asn.au/musicals_and_opera/stephanie_carswell_as_glinda_in_wicked_melbourne join in peepz!!!! we don't want helen!!!!!!!
