Hey Sammuel! I'm doing the Sing Over King Coda course this year and I have to say I would definatly reccomend it to anyone who is interested. I have got more out of the Coda course at Sing Over King this year than I could have ever have hoped for. With such a small group of students being accepted you are not just a face in a crowd of 30 or 40 students. The training is really intensive and tailored to really bring out the strengths in each individual. The subjects that we have covered in the Coda course this year include; music theory, acting for stage and screen, theatre history, harmony, constructing cabaret, performance skills and song interpretation, repertoire and private and group vocal coaching just to name a few. Both the regular teachers and guest teachers have been awesome! Darren and Linda are amazing. All of the teachers we have had this year have really pushed us and given us the confidence to really go for it. We have also had lots of guest speakers come in to talk to us about the industry and have had the opportunity to go to previews of shows that have been on during the year. I have had such a great time at the Sing Over King Coda course I dont want it to end! If you are interested you should definatly come to our Showcase, its going to be fab! :)
