Exactly my point. Passers by of this site swoop in to criticise without realising the hundreds of threads and posts that appear by young actors who aren't willing or interested in doing their homework. They just want fame and/or money, and though we do our best to point them in the right direction, these are always the people who either never come back to see our reponses or simply end up being scammed. An agency representative can come here and see one thread and go up in arms over it; they don't have to deal with the monthly barrage of us trying to knock some business sense into the heads of the less aware.
