Extras work for tattooed and pierced girls?

Hi, I am new to all of this and currently looking for some work as an extra or promos or something along those lines. Just wondering whether anybody can tell me if there is much (if any) work for girls with tatts and piercings, or whether they should be covered/taken out to ensure a better success rate?
