Are you looking for a full-time course or casual classes? The Entertainment Factory may be a good option if you're after full-time study, otherwise there are a lot of options available as far as acting classes go. WAAPA offer lots of workshops in June-July as well, including audition masterclasses that may improve your chances of getting in while building your skills and looking nice on your resume! You mentioned that you've done some dance - if you're keen to do some music theatre it'd be well worthwhile to keep up the dance classes.
