I'm not 100% sure this is the right place to post this query - forgive me if it's not...

My daughter has got the role of Ragged Blossom in the end-of-year school musical, Snugglepot and Cuddlepie.

And guess who now has the task of coming up with a Ragged blossom costume :)

Help!

We're in Mandurah. I have done a websearch in W.A. in the hope of finding some place that has one and will hire it out - I have sent email queries but not heard back yet. Then thought someone here might know...

It's the costume for Ragged Blossom - my daughter is on the tall side for a 9 year old and wears a size 12 (children's size 12 that is) or a 14 if it's a small 14 or can be pinned to make tighter... or in adult sizing she can wear a 6 or an 8 and pin it.

So - can anyone help? Any ideas?

She's a red gum blossom

Which means she's got lots of spiky red stamens with little yellow tips. Looks a bit like a small bottle brush. She could have some sort of hat thing mad like that. There are some good pictures on the net. Is that all there is? Well if that's all there is my friend, then let's keep dancing. www.tonymoore.id.au
