piano music for the wiz??
Thu, 2 Mar 2006, 09:17 pmHaving just read a few reviews for the wiz I was wondering if anyone has any "real" music for the show.
I'm doing a school production and my pianists in year 10 are very talented with reading but just can't get their heads around the sparse writing and over use of chord symbols and the expectation that they "comp" the majority of the pieces.
It would be a real help if someone has already transcribed some or all of them and would be willing to share.
