That's a bit uncalled for Laura.
I believe that writing posts asking for auditions and such should be well spelt and grammatically correct, because it just oozes professionalism.
If you were to send a letter to casting directors, or anyone for a job, you wouldn't spell it incorrectly and have 'SMS-speak' in it - you are trying to impress. Same thing here.
Unfortunately, most people live in the fast lane of life and want everything here and now, teens especially. And this reflects in the way they type - the Internet is considered informal, and thus they use informal, 'quick' speak.
And no matter what language is your native, looking for a job, like auditions, you do your research and have it written properly. If he doesn't show that he has a good grasp of the English language, most directors would be loath to involve him, since he would stumble over lines and directions.
