young actor, hoping

my names jade wilkins and iam 14 yrs old.
ive been acting and performing since i was 5 and i really want to persue acting. i really want to get into film and televison, but since im the only performer in the family, mum and dad aren't to sure about getting an agent. Is this the only way to get into the industry? is anyone looking for a young talented actor? does anyone know any web sites where they post things about casting and auditions free? as you can see iam really keen to get into the acting industry, this is my dream, my life, this is all i want!i live in sydney, can anyone please help me? i really would appreciate it. Thanks fo reading my post.
