What does it take?

What does it take to get "bums on seats"!! We are running a terrific show featuring an extremely talented cast. We have been featured in the Sunday Times, number 2 in the top 10 to do in Perth after the opera, on Channel 31, 3 community newspapers, even got a mention in The West on Friday and still we cant get full houses - do we have to give tickets away!!!!! Suggestions please - and yes it is posted on this website.
