A search for the boys who will play the young lead roles in Billy Elliot the Musical will start next month in Australia and New Zeeland. It is scheduled to open on January 28, 2008, at Sydney's Capitol Theatre.

I suspect that the only auditions will be in Sydney, if they are happening at all, and you will either need an agent or need to be a student at one of a very small number of stage or dance schools. I doubt that there will be open auditions. Is that all there is? Well if that's all there is my friend, then let's keep dancing. www.tonymoore.id.au
