Rechabite details?

Mark Turton's new play A Strong Left Hand has been given a glowing review in today's West together with high praise for director Murray Dowsett and cast members, Leanne Page, Luke Hewitt, Monica Main, and Greg MacNeill.

Geoff Gibbs' review comments on the brevity of the season at the Rechabites Hall, but makes no mention of the season dates or booking details. Unfortunately (coincidentally?) i could find no ad with details of the production.

Does anyone know anything about the show? I checked the Blue Room's new website but there's nothing there either. I know Leanne and Luke are on the 'net, but i haven't got their email addresses.

Help!

Cheers
Grant

I saw the preview on Wednesday night and loved it! I went at the last minute because someone else couldn't use there ticket. I had no idea what it was about, so I was really taking my chances.
If I could choose one word to describe "A Strong Left Hand" I would say compelling. I sat for the entire performance, by gaze never wandering from the stage. The immense time span of the story and the jumps between the aerly and later years of Em's life could have made the story confusing, but an expert story and direction meant the the flow of the story was kept moving and I didn't miss a thing. Every detail was seen to the cast was fantastic, I loved the intimate venue and I must make special mention of the fantastic set (I won't spoil it you will have to see it for yourself).
A forum was held at the end of the performance and the audience (mostly students) were given the opportunity to ask the writer, director and cast questions. I wonder if this was just for the preview or if they indend to do this for every performance? I hope they do because after I had seen the performance I had so many questions I wanted to ask!
I give it five stars and a highly reccomended!
