2011 Finley nomination night

Don't forget. The Finley nomination night is being held on Friday 30th December at City West Lotteries House, 2 Delhi Street, West Perth.
time : 7.30pm for an 8.00pm start.
Come and join with the rest of Perth and find out who and what has been nominated in the Finley Awards.

Please hold and I will have you connected shortly"...repeated several times...and then, "Goodbye", followed by abrupt disconnection. THREE TIMES...and their web site proclaims that they pride themselves on their customer service.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances might mean a staff absence, but the abrupt termination of a call, without explanation or diversion to an alternative avenue, is just rude.
It is now 12.52 and I am not impressed.
