"It seems that our operator is currently on another call. Please hold and I will have you connected shortly"...repeated several times...and then, "Goodbye", followed by abrupt disconnection. THREE TIMES...and their web site proclaims that they pride themselves on their customer service.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances might mean a staff absence, but the abrupt termination of a call, without explanation or diversion to an alternative avenue, is just rude.
It is now 12.52 and I am not impressed.

Okay, thanks Ryan...and my apologies for getting hot under the collar over what turns out to be an honest mistake. As it happens, I can't get there anyway. Transperthetic has just suffered a service breakdown.
