Attention Makeup Artists!

Hi There, I am currently considering becoming a Makeup Artist. I wanted to know what was the best course to do and what school is the best to do it at. I have been looking at doing the Certificate IV then maybe in a few years doing the Diploma. The courses at the better schools are SO expensive so i want to know i'm doing the right one before forking out all that money. Also if you could tell me what it's like once im qualified, is it a hard industry to get in to once i'm done and is there any money to be made? Anyways ANY advice would be so helpful!
