Looking for someone to do a Shakespeare Play

We need to know a bit more... 1. Are you looking for a small theatre company to do the show, or are you part of a company looking to find a small theatre that will put the show on? 2. Or both? 3. Would it be community theatre or for profit? 4. Does it need to be a company local to the area? 5. Who's your target audience? 6. When do you aim/hope to put it on?
