Male Actors for Lord of the Flies
Tue, 20 Jan 2009, 08:51 pmFrom the company that brought you OH What a Lovely War! in 2008, WhipLash Theatre is auditioning MALE actors 18+ this Sunday for William Golding's LORD OF THE FLIES.
A group of school boys, evacuated from a potential war situation, find themselves on a small tropical island after their plane is shot down. There are no adult survivors… With universal themes of power, disorder, bullying and identity this show explores the parallel world in which we live. Its grim lesson shows how close we are to the beast within.
Performances: June 24- July 4 2009 at Subiaco Arts Centre (Main Studio)
AUDITION
WHEN: SUNDAY 25 JANUARY 2009 at 10.00am
WHERE: David Lawe Davies Centre, Guildford Grammar School

We are looking for an ensemble of male actors who can work collaboratively and with great energy.`You do not need to prepare a monologue or a script extract.
