Ah, you got ahead of me. The only one I know of is Acting Up, run by a friend of mine. Sally's a very well-known writer and actress, and though I haven't taken any of her classes, she does seem to have a good reputation for them. He may have some ideas. - You might want to try the Frankston arts centre too. Outside of Sally's classes, and the Frankston area, I have a feeling you'd have to head more towards Melbourne in order to attend classes. I haven't heard of many places in your area.
