Melbourne Based Singing/Music Group Idea

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone in the Melbourne area would be interested in starting a recreational singing/music group. I have been thinking about it for a little while now and I thought it would be a good way for young musicians, such as myself, to meet new people and have fun doing something they all have in common. I thought this would be a good place to start a discussion about such an idea as I believe there are quite a few young people on these forums that like Musical Theatre, Classical Music and other types of music. I don't know many young performers myself, and I would like to meet new people who have the same passion for music that I do. This is just a very sketchy Idea.
