Interact02 Lighting Workshops
Thu, 30 May 2002, 02:05 pmThe Saturday morning lighting workshop will be An Introduction to Basic Theatre Lighting and we will cover all basic areas including safety, luminaire types, design, rigging, focussing, plotting, and more. We are trying to fit 12 hours into 2 hours so it is busy.
The Saturday afternoon session will be Advanced Theatre Lighting and will cover mood lighting such as fire and storms, using scrims, projection, musicals and dance. If you have a particular area you want to know about, email me on allen_dc@iprimus.com.au.
The Monday session will depend on what you want to learn as I have not had any requests.
I will have the new Selecon Acclaim Axial Zoom Profile and the Selecon Pacific 90 degree to demonstrate and these will be also on show Saturday lunchtime.
If you have a script that you want to do a lighting design for, bring it along.
