Seeking theatre technician to install Gas fire
Fri, 1 June 2012, 07:44 pmWell not so much to install, but to advise on where we can hire / borrow a fake gas fire? Playlovers had a marvellous fireplace for their production of Hobson's Choice, but our play, whilst set in a similar region, is in more modern times...I know the house would probably be central heated, but we're old fashioned enough to want a fire, even if it's fuelled by gas rather than wood...all /any advice welcomed.

Sun, 3 June 2012, 12:35 pmIf you look at a gas fire, it does not flicker, but is constant. It has several colours associated with the different temperatures of a gas flame.
Not as dramatic as a wood burning fireplace.
