Andrew Lewis on ABC
Mon, 9 Jan 2006, 07:02 pmDon't know if anyone was listening but HG Nelson just interviewed Andrew Lewis, the director of productions on ABC radio tonight.
A lot of it was just info about waapa in general and I must admit he did his job well and made us sound great, but there were two interesting bits of information.
He mentioned that Angela Punch McGregor has been appointed as the acting teacher in the acting department. Which would help confirm the rumours ths CT is now just a director and someone has replaced him.
It was also mentioned that there was going to be a workshop of Nick Enrights 'The Good Fight' at waapa next year! Anyone heard anything about this or know why it wasn't run past Serenity??

A confirmation to the wonderful rumour mill. Second year MTs definatly have Marcel Schmidt (not sure on spelling) for acting this year.

Do you mean that you think they would do a workshop porduction of the good fight and tour it to Melbourne and Sydney instead of the traditional Showcase?
