WA Opera 2006

WA Opera season for 2006 as follows:
Saint-Saens 'Samson et Dalila'
Opera in the Park
February
Puccini 'Madama Butterfly'
March/April
Looks to be the same as the 1993 production
Verdi 'Nabucco'
August
With Elizabeth Connell as Abigaille
This is the new Opera Conference production that premiered this year
and finally....
[drum roll please]
Wagner's 'Tristan und Isolde'
November
Looks like it may be the same one that was in Adelaide in 1990, in which case it is one of the best productions I have EVER seen live!
Although that may be biased by being the only Wagner I've ever seen live :-)
