Does anyone here know about a performer from Cats who is in Australia to encourage people to write new musicals at the moment? A friend of mine saw something about it on either ABC or SBS last Friday night (30/9) but can't remember any details. I'd love any info you have.

It's Elaine Paige, she's doing a concert tour. It was a little bit "oh, no-one's writing lead roles for me anymore..." complaining.
