Hey everyone

Just wondering if anyone could help me out with a bit of advice. For the musical theatre audition, I'm struggling to get the 2 audition pieces under the 2 minute mark each. In regards to the audition, does anyone know what will happen if in the event your pieces go over the 4 minute mark? For example, does the pianist stop playing or is there a timer/stopwatch or bell etc.

If anyone can advise me on the procedure, I'd be greatful.

Thanx.
Jenna

in the songs. they will just stop you when they have heard enough to asses the ability of your voice. Dont worry if they stop you. But try and make them under 2 mins. if they are too long, choose a different song.

In the monologue they want to mainly see your abilty to trans-act (adapt yourself into a situation removed from you on that day in an audition. They want to see you be a character.)
