Re: umm
oh, do you know them?
molokov from chess.
i saw him in forum and he was so gay. but in chess his role was not at all. just wondering... he's hot.
anyway. *hehehe*
i'd appreciate it if you know anything about any of them really! but molokov was hot.

Re: umm
this is not the place to talk about this. the guys in the music theatre course are students. Their sexuality should not be discussed on the internet.

Re: umm
Glinda, if you want love look in the personals section, dont go to the theatre. And secondly, on stage people play characters, often having nothing in common with their own identity!
Get a life!
Get a life!

Re: umm
... Are you serious? Why don't you loiter around Aroma on the ECU campus this week? If you see him you can accost him and ask him about his sexual orientation. Maybe he'll give you a good reference to David!
FYI, though I'm still outraged by this thread, the WAAPA gay/straight ratio is roughly 70/30. You're looking in the wrong industry for a love interest. Unless you happen to be a male.

Re: umm
UGH. Just....ugh. Sigh. Unlike Glinda, I was actually concentrating on the on the, you know, plot and stuff of Chess.

Re: umm
oh, is that right, mrs sondheim? and what, pray tell, did you think of the plot of chess? i wonder how many of your forum postings are even truthful, following the debarcle regarding the wicked auditions and reading with "delta goodrem" and "lisa mccune".
was the story too convoluted? did you understand the set construction? were the performances strong enough for your liking? are you adverse to minimalistic productions? did you like the show? what night did you see it?
and, i resent you telling me to 'get a life' after your sad antics on this message board. do you even leave the house?? i'd be surprised if you actually knew music theatre if it bit you on the bum!
there, i've had my rant.
and i realise that people play CHARACTERS in shows. it's more of a compliment to molokov that i found his gay man and his straight man equally believable.

Re: umm
lol! Calm down there hun. There's really no need for you to go into a vicious rant in which you ask numerous convoluted questions to make yourself sound better. I'm sure you're a musical theatre genius and that if I met you I'd just DIE to be as cool as you.
Secondly, Mrs Sondheim has already said cleared up that someone was posting under her name and I for one believe her, because I know this to be a fact. Whoever was using the name to post about supposed auditions with Delta Goodrem and Lisa McCune for a musical we all know isn't even in the works, was clearly an idiot.
The real Mrs Sondheim did make the comments to you in this thread about your question regarding a certain WAAPA student's sexual orientation. But the ridiculous posts about Wicked auditions were a random try-hard.
Anyway, my point is calm the hell down. No need to get on your high-horse, although that seems to be the purpose of this forum. Loads of wannabe Perth actors coming online to convince other wannabe Perth actors of their incomparable talents. Snaps for you. Maybe YOU should leave the house more often.

Re: umm
Thanks Mrs LW. Glinda, how about reading posts? You'd realise then that everything you just said about me in your last post was untrue.
Furthermore, even if I was the ididot who posted about Elphaba callbacks, it has little to do with this situation! There's at least five or six other people who have replied scathingly to your el desperado investigations into the sexuality of WAAPA students, and you saw fit to reply to mine becasue you think you have one up on me because i supposedly auditioned for Elphaba?
I'm sure you totally appreciate musical theatre more than me, oh wise one, but forgive me for getting the wrong impression. I wasn't aware that this website was turning into adult matchmaker dot com. Also, I'm sick of getting rude replies to my posts because everyone thinks I want to be the next Elphaba and sing with Delta Goodrem. I DON'T. I HATE DELTA. (explodes)

Re: umm
alright, mrs 'really sick of this' sondheim. i admit, i hadn't read the message you posted about your 'imposter' friend until after my rant. fair enough. i apologise.
however, if you happen to read posts yourself, you might realise that this one question i asked that seems to have caused such controversy isn't the only post i have made. in fact, it was merely an afterthought. just thought someone might be able to tell me. it wasn't a huge problem either way. i could, as someone suggested, ask him myself.
so now this has turned into a mighty large, mighty unneccesary problem thread.
so sorry that everyone here takes themselves so ridiculously seriously! lighten up people.

Men at WAAPA
Look..... Getting back to the real point at hand we do have to admit that the guy who played molokov in Chess WAS hot..... and Glinda, maybe you should give it a shot... heck, even if he is gay I'm sure he wouldn't mind as long as you brought a male friend along....
Oh! and Mrs. Sondheim, I just thought I'd point out.... unless you didn't notice for the last 40 or so years, that YOUR HUSBAND IS GAY!!!! He's a raving Queen!!!! He's had more meat in him than a butcher's window!!!!
