If you would like take the lead role in the Australian authorised premiere of 'Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds',
we'd like to hear from you!

The leading part of the Journalist remains uncast to date and we are prepared to wait until we find the right one. We seek a strong actor, who is also a capable singer, to fill this vitally important role, the description for which is below.

To audition, those interested should phone the Director immediately for an appointment. You'll be asked to prepare the ballad from the show, 'Forever Autumn', which will be played on piano for your audition. Auditionees are advised to obtain a recording of the song to familiarise themselves with the track.

You will also be put through a movement exercise, a mime sequence, and a reading. The successful auditionee should be prepared to attend rehearsals immediately, which are every Wednesday and Thursday night.

All other parts have been cast...our apologies but we are only looking for a Journalist at this time.

To express your interest, contact the Director, Paul Jackson on 0407 784 110.
