phantom in sydney?

once again i am going on with phantom.. what can isay... iam an obsessed phantom phan... along with a lot of other theatre!
does anyone know if phantom the stage musical is coming back to australia?
Its doing tours everywhere else in the world and yet it is not here?

I assume you are talking about Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera... I haven't heard any rumours of it coming back to Australia in the near future, but don't take that as a definite.
However, if you happen to be talking about "Phantom" the musical written by Maury Yeston, then it will be playing non-professionally in May in Sutherland. This version is based on the same story as Lloyd Webber's version, but is actually quite a different show.
Shire Music Theatre will be performing this show for a very limited season at the Sutherland Entertainment Centre. Show dates are 25th to 29th May. For details, see www.shiremusictheatre.org.au
