OLIVER! Performance Rights

I work for a new Performing Arts Company in Canberra who are looking at doing their first production next year. We are hoping to put on Oliver Twist but are having trouble in finding the performance rights for it. If anyone can help me out here it would be much appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam, We are a new musical group in Pine River Shire just north of Brisbaine, Australia. We are at the moment looking at a show for the end of this year and would like to look at Oliver. Could you please advise me as to how we go about booking the show etc. Could you also advise me as to availability of a catalogue of your shows.
