Hi Kali,
There is a great website - Theatre People - www.theatrepeople.com.au
that list heaps of auditions for all the main companies. For the ones that are good - go to the Victorian Theatre Guild website to see who got nominations etc for best musical etc.
A few good companies off the top of my head -
CLOC Theatre Co, an almost professional company I believe.
Catchment Players, do some fantastic productions
and Geelong Lyric Theatre Co, are also worth a look - but you'd have to be willing to travel to get there.
