WAAPA Music Theatre Application

Hey All,
Just wondering if there were any ideas for what should be going into the personal statement that has to be included with the music theatre application??

As far as I understand it (and how I wrote it), was a description of why I love music theatre, my approach to it, what I think I can bring to WAAPA, what I expect to gain/do/experience at WAAPA, and what I plan to do with all that after WAAPA. It's a really personal statement, so go with your gut, and try to give them what they can't get from the application form - a l'il something about you.

PS - Application period officially closed on the 24th of September, so late fees apply and I don't know how long they'll take applications - SO HURRY!

I think you really need to affirm your commitment, your love and passion of Music Theatre. Perhaps include what your vision is for yourself career-wise and how you believe that WAAPA is the obvious place for you to commence or continue on this journey.
