HAIRSPRAY auditions?

does anyone know when auditions are for the 2005 Australian production of HAIRSPRAY arre?? Rumours are in January 2004...can this be correct? I am planning to audition and thought others might like to know too.

Hi im a newie and do not have a lot of experience in theatre(only i have experience in movies)And I was wondering if anyone could tell me of any good auditions in January of 2004 (or febuary or March) that would have a part for a 12-13 year old girl?THANKS!

The January 2004 audition rumours were effective until the time at which the production was postponed, largely due to likely casting clashes with The Lion King. Now the show is confirmed to be opening in 2005, and audition details are yet to be confirmed.

Hi, There does not seem to be a definite date for the 'Hairspray' auditions...does anyone have any idea??? I am really wanting to audition for the part of Tracey, as it suits me perfectly! Hairspray auditions are in Melbourne only..... November this year, not to sure of the exact date... Good luck!!!!!
