You are joking, aren't you?!
I don't know whether or not anyone has checked yet, but I don't think the rights for either have been released yet, especially with the film of Phantom going into production, and Baz preparing Moulin Rouge! for Broadway.
I'm sure that there are a couple of people out there who are keeping their beedy little eyes out just waiting for them to become available. so, keep your eyes peeledto this space, just be prepared for a wait...

Re: phantom or moulin rouge anyone?
I would suggest that the Group performing this in Concert, would be keeping it very low key & localised. Knowing the restrictions that the agent for The Really Useful Company, {as we were advised} who Insist upon a lot of performance restrictions - especially with ‘Phantom’ . Depicting any movement at all while performing or any staging that could be considered as copying that of the original production - Like with ‘Music of the night’ & the use of a mask or any movement what so ever - by a performers hand or prop brought up to cover part of the face that may suggest a mask. Not too mention the cost of any licence fee for the use of this material. I would say it is being performed without permission.
Therefore - as you have been to a performance!
It might be easier for you to outact who ever it was put this concert on directly! - For any particular info of what, when, who & where?
Best of luck Tom.
