Does anyone know if Tams-Witmark has an Australian representative? I am trying to find information on performance rights for "Anthing Goes" and am struggling to find an Australian source. There is no email address listed on the website...

Tams Witmark

As far as I know, Tams Witmark does not have any Australian Address and they either do not have or choose not to publish any email address.

I've always found them a trial to deal with , they tend to answer all the questions to which you already know the answers and none that you  actually ask !!

Having said that Melville Th. Co (In Perth)  tell me that they had no problems when requesting rights for A Chorus Line which we are about to stage (Sorry, have to get in a plug)

I am sure someone will soon correct me if my initial statement is incorrect, so good luck with the hunt

Tams Witmark

Tamina, Good luck with Tams Witmark, they can be a trial to get hold of. i know previously, in my dealings with them I have resorted to faxing, which is much easier. They do not have an Australian rep, nor will they appoint one. The offers have been made repeatedly, but to no avail. Once you do get the information you need, and have booked the show they are great, but it does get a little frustrating, so I feel your pain. lol. Just keep smiling. Cal

Thanks so much for the

Thanks so much for the comments. I've heard some horror stories of dealing with Tams... I think I'll take your advise Cal and resort to faxing. It seems the way to go. Again, thanks for the help. I'll keep a smile if I can :) And good luck with "A Chorus Line" Norma!
