Musical Theatre Training courses
Tue, 23 Oct 2007, 09:09 pmhey everyone, i dont want this to turn into an ugly debate and bashing of the two courses inwhich im trying to decide which will benefit me more in training. the conservatorium of queenslands ba in musical theatre or waapas ba in musical theatre.
one of my friends seems to think the conserv. is just as good as waapa but less well known, and waapa is well waapa enough said lol. i just want facts, i know i have never heard of anyone whose come out of the con but i dont know.

NIDA has a year long course in music theatre called Singer Dancer Actor which is held in Sydney. At the end of the course graduates perform a showcase production for agents and music theatre producers. Graduates have played starring roles in many major musicals in Australia and overseas including Priscilla, Titanic, Les Miserables and Fiddler on the Roof.
