Billy Elliot the Musical (Sydney)

On 13 November this year, the Australian incarnation of the British smash-hit Billy Elliot the Musical will finally take to the stage at Sydney's Capitol Theatre.  If the recent performance at the 2007 Helpmann Awards is any indication of what we can expect, the show will certainly mirror the success of the London production.

The full cast is yet to be officially announced, however, the names of most principals have been released...

• Michael Caffrey (Best friend) - Landen Hale-Brown, Thomas O'Doherty, Joel Slater & one TBA
• George & Mr Braithwaite - Linal Haft & John Xintavelonis
• Billy's Older Self - Josh Horner
