2008 - expressions of interest for musical, dance and/or artistic directors - Maitland NSW

Hi All Maitland G&S & Musical Society Inc is currently doing detailed planning for 2008. We are also doing forward planning for 2009. We are interested in persons of demonstrated experience who wish to take on the roles of either musical, dance or artistic directors for our upcoming shows. This year 2007 we are producing South Pacific in April/May and also Grease in September. In 2008 we have scheduled Lola Montez, and also Pirates of Penzance. We are based in Maitland and produce shows and concerts at various venues, around our locale including variously Maitland Bowling Club, Hexham Bowling Club, Tempus Two Winery and Maitland Town Hall depending on the local bookings, type of venue and costs. We typically have a 20+ live orchestra and full production facilities. We have been operating continuously for 40+ years. Performance seasons involve 7 to 9 shows over 2 to 3 weeks.
