I make it a policy not to reveiw a show I am close to, and even though I've not been involved in Bumpy, it's still a show by my home club. However, because of all the bad press it has gotten, in a vain attempt to change the minds of those two of you out there who take everything SS says as gospel; I really liked it. (whatever that is worth!)

RE: Bumpy Angels; Episode I

I am your ordinary theatre goer and I really enjoyed Bumpy Angels. It was a play very close to home for me and the actors created both a humorous and powerfull atmosphere.

It was difficult material to work with and to create a feel for the social values of the time. The tragedy of the young women's lives and their enthusiasm for the Queens visit is all stuff I can relate to and they relived very well.

A little slow to start, but it kept my interest until the end.

I am glad I experience the play. Well done
