Further ITA AGM News

President: Jarrod Buttery
Vice Pres: Kimberley Shaw
Secretary: Norma Davis
Treasurer: Geoffrey Leeder
Members: David Crewes (Link Editor), Terry Hackett, David Young, Beryl Silvester, Stan Brannick, Julie Blumsky.
We welcome Julie to the Committee and say a sad farewell to Sandra Martin and thank her for all her hard work. [...] You may remember that one of our three librarians, Joan Allan, left us late last year to return to New Zealand.

As before, Barry Lucas is the Coordinator and David Young the Committee Adjudicator's Liaison.
Community Theatre Assets Register
Once again, this subject was raised at the AGM. It is a mammoth task but it was decided a start should be made., getting information from clubs on props, costumes, people etc. which all clubs can access. We will also extend this to a register of actors, so any actor out there, please feel free to transmit to us your vital statistics - age/range/experience/willingness to travel etc.
Assistance Required
If anyone out there has some time to spare, the ITA needs help with the library, now that we have lost Joan and also with accumulating information for the above register. Just call the Office. [...] Ask not what the ITA can do for you...
