Acting lessons

Hi, my name is Jo somerville and I just moved to WA from the U.S. I am 15 yeras old and have always been interested in acting, but have never really looked into lessons. I have done monolouges with friends, but I find they never seem real, always 'badly acted', so I thought lesson might help. If anyone knows a good place to take lessons, or a private instructor please let me know, preferably via email.
