Subjects for new polls?
Wed, 8 Sept 1999, 05:16 pmBefore the ";Weekly Poll"; transgresses beyond a running joke...The results for the recent poll on ";late nights at the theatre"; have shown us to be a regular bunch of homebodies on weeknights. Any performance finishing after 10.30pm on a weeknight is just too late for 68% of respondents. On the weekend however 85% are quite happy to stay out until 11pm, but only half of that group are prepared to go the extra thirty minutes until 11.30pm.Now it's time for a new poll! Any suggestions for topics?Should we run a poll concurrent with DramaFest '99 to find out the People's Choice Award? No purchase necessary to participate!I know that debate frequently rages over whether or not to perform on Thursday nights. What about a poll enquiring which nights of the week are most popular to attend the theatre?Feel free to respond to this message on the boards or use the small message window on the ITA home page to send in your suggestions.CheersGrantPS. Have _you_ completed the feedback survey yet?

Re: Subjects for new polls?
Yes a "Peoples Poll" for DramaFest 99, mind you it could cause a bit of a furore?? but why not.On similar subject, "Should the ITA return to the old format of a two week run at with a local theatre group hosting?" We did run a questionnaire to clubs last year and opinions were equally divide. Let's see what individual responses are?How about, "Who would you like to replace Mr. Foss?"> Before the "Weekly Poll" transgresses beyond a running> joke...> The results for the recent poll on "late nights at the theatre"> have shown us to be a regular bunch of homebodies on weeknights. Country run by Puppets.
EMAILNOTICES>no> How do you know Foss ISN'T a hand-puppet?That would make the puppet master Richard Court?Well, figures. It would explain a lot. Maybe we should look at a complete new party -PM - Fat CatMinisters - Treasury - FlapperEducation - HumphreyWildlife and fishing - PercyTourism - The WigglesPublic Relations - Ozzie OstrichArts - AgroAnd that's just for starters.
